my story
In junior high art class, a 6 week project taught us how to construct a water color painting. In summer 2021, after my mom shared the work on social media, someone offed to pay to capture the memory of their previous home. A couple more people also requested additional paintings, once again a previous home and one for a closing gift by a realtor. And thats how my little business got started!

Watercolors range from super fine detail to abstract blobs that resemble something. I think my work is somewhere in the middle but clear enough to identify the features, especially by someone who has lived in the home or familiar with the object being painted. Paintings are priced at $100 including time and materials. The standard size is 9"x12". Larger sizes are available, please inquire for pricing.
2022
Here is a recent image of a house completed for a return client in summer 2022. Really like how this one turned out, I used some finer brushes to outline the house, utilized tints of blue for the windows, and tried a different technique to get more detail on the greenery.
